Who may take work, and on what terms. A staff vet is salaried: their app shows no earnings and they cannot withdraw.

Practices
Where people work. A vet gets a practice from their employment type — their own if freelance, VetsGo if staff. Everybody else, a manager or a receptionist, has to be put somewhere by hand, and this is where.
Fees
What a booking costs. The most specific price wins — livestock home visits over any home visit — and a price is frozen onto a booking when it is made, so changes here only reach the next customer.
The shop
What the VetsGo shop sells in each country and what it costs there, in that country's currency. A customer sees only their own country's shelf. Delivery fees and collection are set per country under Settings.

The partner network. What each laboratory charges VetsGo, what owners are charged, and what is owed. Owners pay the menu price; a laboratory is paid its own price for every test it reports, on the cycle agreed with it.

Who can sign into a console. Issuing a password flags it for change, so the one you typed cannot stay in use.
Health plans
The vaccination and health schedules farms are offered for each kind of animal. Review each with a vet, correct it here, and it reaches every batch put on it from then on. Every change is kept, and a plan can be put back as it shipped.
Market prices
What animals are fetching, as seen at the markets. A price posted here is on every farmer’s board in that country at once, and stays until a newer one for the same animal at the same market replaces it. What farmers report themselves is pooled into a median on their side.
Disease reports
Disease reported around farms — by vets at visits, by farmers, and from farms’ own death counts. A vet’s diagnosis and an official notice warn the farms nearby at once; everything a farmer reports waits here for a vet and reaches nobody until one confirms it.
Messages
Every text and email VetsGo sends. Edit the wording, drop in what belongs there, and see what it will look like before anybody gets it. Each one can be put back to the words it shipped with.
Voice prompts
What the farmer app says out loud. Each screen that matters has a speaker; tapping it plays a recording of the English script below in the language the farmer chose — Twi, Ewe, Hausa, or English or French read aloud. Upload a recording per language here; a language with no recording for a screen simply shows no speaker there, so a language can be added one clip at a time.
Insurers
Who an owner can name on a pet, per country, and where a claim goes. VetsGo does not settle claims: it writes the claim out from the receipt, addressed to the insurer's claims desk when one is listed here, and says which insurers settle with practices directly.

Configuration an administrator changes at runtime, as opposed to deployment config that needs a release.
